Gabapentinoids Suppress Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Interleukin-6 Production in Primary Cell Cultures of the Rat Spinal Dorsal Horn
Conclusion: Our results provide evidence for anti-inflammatory capacities of gabapentinoids on the acute inflammatory response of SDH primary cultures upon LPS stimulation. Such effects may contribute to the pain-relieving effects of gabapentinoids.Neuroimmunomodulation
