A systematic review of perturbation-based balance training on reducing fall risk among individuals with stroke
The existing evidence does not conclusively support the reduction in falls and improvements in fall risk factors resulting from perturbation-based balance training among people with stroke. Such an inconsistent finding could be due to the small sample sizes and variations in perturbation-based balance training protocols across studies. More high-quality studies are needed to further determine the effects of perturbation-based balance training on reducing fall risk in people with stroke.

Intramedullary Nailing of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in a Level I Trauma Center in Finland: What Complications Can be Expected?
CONCLUSION: This study provides a better understanding of the occurrence of surgical and medical complications after intramedullary nailing of intertrochanteric fractures. The new-generation nail types are comparable options based on the risk of reoperation. Clinical outcome of open ankle fractures in patients above 70 years of age
CONCLUSION: An open ankle fracture in a patient older than 70 years has at least a 20% chance of requiring repeated surgical intervention due to deep SSIs.
