The increased risk of atrial fibrillation in inflammatory arthritis: a systematic review and meta-analysis of cohort studies.
Conclusion: Patients with inflammatory arthritis have increased risk of AF, probably due to the underlying chronic inflammation. Although various confounders have been adjusted like medications use and comorbidities, the risk of AF is still significantly increased in inflammatory arthritis patients. Geniposide Alleviates Glucocorticoid-Induced Inhibition of Osteogenic Differentiation in MC3T3-E1 Cells by ERK Pathway
Conclusion In summary, we demonstrated that geniposide alleviated GC-induced osteogenic suppression in MC3T3-E1 cells. The effects of geniposide were at least partially associated with activating ERK signaling pathway via GLP-1 receptor.
