Changes in incidence rates of outcomes of interest in vaccine safety studies during the COVID-19 pandemic
CONCLUSION: Rates of some clinical outcomes during the pandemic changed and should not be used as historical background rates in vaccine safety studies. The spectrum of Neuro-COVID: A study of a comprehensively investigated large cohort from India
Conclusion: Stroke and encephalopathy constitute the most common neurological manifestations. The absence of preceding COVID-19 symptoms in nearly half the cases is striking. Poor outcome was seen in nearly 50% despite early recognition and management.

266 A drowsy patient: beyond the familiar territory
A 72-year-old man was brought to the hospital after he was found unresponsive at home by his wife who reported that he has been sleepy in the last few days. He has a background of hypertension, myocardial infarct, and osteoarthritis. His medications include anti-hypertensive and morphine sulphate. Case report: Acute vestibular syndrome and cerebellitis in anti-Yo paraneoplastic syndrome
We report three patients evaluated over the past decade with an acute AVS along with subtle downbeat nystagmus (DBN), followed by dysarthria and progressive truncal and limb ataxia, as well as increasing DBN intensity.MethodsAll patients underwent neurologic examination, video-oculography, MRI, serum cancer markers, spinal fluid examination, paraneoplastic panel testing, and oncologic workup. Conclusions This study demonstrated the burden of neurological diseases in Asia. To reduce the burden of neurological diseases, strategies suitable for each country’s real healthcare needs and challenges are needed; this study can serve as the cornerstone of these strategies.

Are We Aware of the Neurological Manifestations of Cytomegalovirus Infection in Immunocompetent Individuals?
Conclusion: CMV infection should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with neurological symptoms, even among immunocompetent individuals, because of the high possibility that patients can greatly benefit from antiviral treatment at the early stage.
