Two-year results of intravitreal injections of aflibercept in coats disease: a case report
Conclusion: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case treated with aflibercept monotherapy, suggesting the significant role of vascular endothelial growth factor in vascular permeability in Coats and supporting the rationale that antivascular endothelial growth factors are a valuable therapeutic option for Coats disease. Treatment of bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation with intravitreal steroid implants
Conclusion: Intravitreal steroid implants resulted in visual acuity improvement and central retinal thickness reduction for up to 20 weeks and may protect against retinal detachments in patients with bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)

A CASE REPORT OF CHRONIC ENDOPHTHALMITIS SECONDARY TO AQUAMICROBIUMterrae
Conclusion: A. terrae is a gram-negative bacillus recovered from polluted soil. This is the first case of postoperative endophthalmitis secondary to A. terrae and the first description of human infection caused by this newly identified microbe. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)

Purtscher's‒like retinopathy secondary to granulomatosis with polyangiitis following autologous stem cell transplantation
Conclusion: The authors describe a patient who underwent autologous stem cell transplantation, and subsequently developed granulomatosis with polyangiitis. The presentation of Purtscher's‒like retinopathy suggests that microvascular occlusion in the retina was likely the result of granulomatosis with polyangiitis-driven vasculitis of the precapillary arterioles. Stellate unilateral nonhereditary idiopathic foveomacular retinoschisis: a multimodal imaging analysis and case report
Conclusion: Improvements and innovations in technology for ophthalmic diagnosis have revolutionized our capacity for diagnostic decision-making. Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography are useful tools for diagnosis and follow-up assessment. This fortuitous case gives a window on the importance of a routine specialized ophthalmic examination and how multimodal imaging can depict important and specific findings not evident from a clinical point of view. The subtle but important changes observed in optical coherence tomography angiography and multifocal electroretinograph...

Adaptive optics optical coherence tomography in a case of acute zonal occult outer retinopathy
Conclusion: Adaptive optics OCT documented cone photoreceptors in finer details than conventional OCT and revealed early changes in a patient with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy, in an area of the retina thought to be normal on conventional multimodal imaging. These findings may provide important insight into pathogenesis and progression of the disease. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)

Bilateral serous retinal detachment and uveitis associated with pembrolizumab treatment in metastatic melanoma
Conclusion: Pembrolizumab therapy may cause the development of panuveitis, papillitis, and serous retinal detachment, symptoms which are able to be controlled with lengthy steroid therapy. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)

Contractile optic disk and peripheral avascular retina in a case of morning glory disk anomaly
Conclusion: Our report provides detailed spectral domain optical coherence tomography images through the optic disk in morning glory disk anomaly during various phases of optic disk contractions. It also presents a second rare association of a peripheral avascular retina in the case. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)

Is vaginal delivery harmful to patients with pseudoxanthoma elasticum?
Conclusion: Pushing during the expulsion phase of VD seems safe in pseudoxanthoma elasticum patients without active choroidal neovascularization, and the presence of angioid streaks alone should not be an indication for elective caesarian section. (Source: Retinal Cases and Brief Reports)
