Breast cancer is traditionally classified into three clinical subtypes based on hormone receptor and HER2 status (i.e., luminal-like, HER2-positive and triple negative). The impact of breast awareness on the early detection of breast cancer in young women: A systematic review
Conclusions
No studies evaluating the impact of breast awareness exclusively in young women were identified. Limited evidence of benefit of breast awareness was found. Guidelines that recommend breast awareness should be reviewed and qualified with an explanation that the evidence of benefit is weak. Women have limited screening options available to them for the early detection of breast cancer until they reach mammographic screening age.

Ten-Year Survival of Breast Cancer in Iran: A National Study (Retrospective Cohort Study)

The Predictive Importance of Body-Mass Index on Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Patients with Breast Cancer
Purpose: To investigate the effects of body mass index (BMI) on the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in Turkish patients with local and locally advanced breast cancer.
Methods: The pathological responses for the breast and axilla were assessed according to the Miller-Payne grading (MPG) system. Tumors were grouped into molecular phenotypes and classified as response rates according to the MPG system after completion of NACT. Background: Brain metastasis (BM) are a major clinical problem in metastatic breast cancer (MBC), occurring in 50% of patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive (HER2+) breast cancer. Historically omitted from clinical trials, recent studies of novel HER2-targeted agents have focused on HER2+ BM patients, addressing stable but also progressing BM and leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LMC).
