Comparative Interrupted Time Series Analysis of Direct Medical Expense and Length of Stay in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures Who Underwent Total Hip Arthroplasty and Hemiarthroplasty: A Real World Nationwide Database Study
CONCLUSIONS: When performing THA in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures, the possibility of survival for at least 2 years should be considered from the perspective of medical expense and medical utilization. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of WD in Korea is 3.06/100,000 and approximately 1,800 patients use medical services annually.
