Drug Treatment of Cluster Headache
AbstractCluster headache belongs to the group of trigeminal autonomic headaches. This review summarizes drug therapy of cluster attacks and prophylactic treatment. Neurostimulation methods are not addressed. The therapy for acute cluster attacks includes inhalation of 100% oxygen, subcutaneous administration of sumatriptan, and intranasal application of sumatriptan or zolmitriptan. FDA for prevention of episodic migraine in adults. It

Fabrication of extended-dissolution divalproex tablets: a green solvent-free granulation technique.
Conclusions: The solvent free hot melt granulation process can be employed to formulate 24h extended dissolution divalproex sodium tablets with masked bitter taste and high stability, and comparable or higher bioavailability than the marketed product.

ConclusionsConsistent with previously reported findings on olanzapine, administration of multiple doses of OLZ/SAM did not have a clinically significant effect on the pharmacokinetics of lithium or valproate.
