Should I re-apply to EM or go be a hospitalist?

So it’s been 1.5 months since the start of my NICU fellowship and it’s been extremely overwhelming. Not peer-reviewed yet but pretty long study (5 years). We will get more data sometime this year. We don’t know if these heart benefits are due to weight loss effect or there are some other factors at play.

Curious how this is being handled other places. We have been providing solo doc coverage and TEE guidance for these procedures, but due to staffing issues it's becoming increasingly difficult. Need Help getting in Advanced Standing Dental
I am posting with a heavy heart at this point. I've been trying since 2009 on this journey to DDS/DMD, but I feel like I could have done better.
