Ultrasound needles
I purchased a vscan air. First patient was for tibial nerve blocks. I could see my anatomy fine. I used a 20g Tuohy but could not see it at all. Got the blocks in using hydrodissection. Looking for recs for cheap but better needles. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Using COVID essay to explain bad grade?
So I enrolled in an SMP and I still have 2 more classes to finish before I can get the degree. I believe I did alright so far, but I got a B- in my Gross Anatomy class. I'm grateful that I was even able to get a B, but I feel like around here, if you don't get a 99% or higher, the consensus is to just go ahead and pursue nursing or another career lol. advice on gen surg books
Good morning,
Just wondering if anyone can please lend me some guidance on some gen surg books. My former med school mentor told me to get three books for vasc surg but since the first two years of my residency are basically gen surg so I'm just wondering if there are any books similar to these three:

Readmission to Vet School
Hello everyone.
I am a first year vet student that didn't pass anatomy by one point. The end result: dismissal from CVM. The faculty of CVM appeared to be supportive and offered to help me deal with this before I petition to be readmitted in fall 2020. In the mean time, I am required to take harder undergraduate level courses in classes that I received a C- or lower in. Once I complete those undergraduate courses, I can write a letter to the assistant dean to petition for readmission.

Does an Anatomy and Physiology lecture and/or lab professor count as a science professor for science LOR? I know they say "biology", but is AP under the umbrella of biology or something? Not sure how this works and haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.
Also, would a Health Sciences Research Methods professor be considered a non-science or science professor?
