Safety of hydroxychloroquine in healthcare workers for COVID-19 prophylaxis

CONCLUSIONS: HCQ prophylaxis first dose was well tolerated among HCWs as evidenced by a low discontinuation. For adverse effects, a small number required treatment, and none required hospitalization.
