Safety of delayed surgical repair of omphalocele –exstrophy–imperforate anus–spinal defects (OEIS) complex in infants with significant comorbidities
ConclusionsDelaying first-stage exstrophy repair to allow physiologic optimization is safe. All repaired patients were discharged home, without parenteral nutrition or supplemental oxygen.
