Gastrointestinal lesion in adult-onset Langerhans cell histiocytosis
ConclusionsAlthough gastrointestinal LCH lesions are rare, they were more common than expected in our cases of multisystem LCH. However, these lesions were relatively small and did not affect the patients ’ clinical courses.
