Optimization of a Novel 18F-Labelled PET Tracer 18F-HX01 for Myocardial Perfusion Imaging in Rat

Conclusions: All compound were successfully prepared. All final products exhibited high stability in human serum and saline, as well as selective uptake in cardiomyocyte cells in vitro. 18F-HX01 and 18F-HX06 display high and persistent cardiac uptake over 2 h with high myocardium-to-lung and myocardium-to-liver ratio in healthy mice in PET imaging, which were also observed in biodistribution studies. Advancement of these radiotracers for MPI imaging is currently underway.Fig 1. Synthesis route for the reference standards, precursors and radio-labeled products.Fig 2.
