Expression of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) in endometrial adenocarcinoma: Prognostic potential.
CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrated the over-expression of the druggable target Parp-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and observed a strong negative correlation of native Parp-2 expression and disease progression via the quantification of the Parp proteins using enzyme- linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) assays.
