Is chemotherapy rechallenge feasible in advanced-stage non-small-cell lung cancer?

CONCLUSION: Patients eligible for chemotherapy rechallenge were those with good prognostic factors. Chemotherapy rechallenge may provide a well-tolerated additional line of treatment, with decreased efficacy compared to its first application.
