ConclusionIt seems that omega-3 consumption along with severe interval exercise is an effective factor in preventing from and improving cardiovascular risk factors and fatty liver in young inactive men since the regimen increases lipid metabolism due to the desirable effects on liver enzymes, lipid profile, and body composition.RésuméIntroductionIl est important d’évaluer l’effet des activités sportives sur les enzymes hépatiques afin de déterminer leur action préventive sur les pathologies hépatiques.
