ConclusionsRifabutin can be cautiously implemented as therapy forH. pylori infection due to its interaction with the tuberculosis endemic in Bangladesh. The high susceptibility of furazolidone and sitafloxacin suggests their possible future application in Nepal and Bangladesh.
