Conclusion: EUS-B-FNA has an important reach beyond the well know stations 4L, 7 and 8; both in the thorax as well as the upper abdomen. Therefore, EUS-B should be considered following EBUS in particular in suspected metastatic sites on CT-PET outside reach of EBUS.
