Postoperative left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony assessed by phase analysis of myocardial perfusion imaging is a predictive factor of long-term adverse cardiovascular events in CAD patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft

Conclusions: The less preoperative viable segments and severe postoperative LVMD are independent risk factors of long-term ACE after CABG surgery. Postoperative LVMD in CAD patients undergoing CABG has important clinical value in risk re-stratification and prognosis evaluation.
