Prothrombin Complex Concentrate Reduces Blood Product Utilization in Heart Transplantation

Conclusions4‐F PCC is associated with reduced blood product utilization 24 hours preoperatively and intraoperatively. Historically, the majority of patients require FFP for warfarin reversal preoperatively.
