Prothrombin Complex Concentrate and Methylene Blue for Treatment of Coagulopathy and Vasoplegia in a Pediatric Heart Transplant Patient
We describe a case in which these conditions were successfully treated with no thrombotic complications and minimal need of vasopressors for hemodynamic stability.
