Effect of Inducible Co-Stimulatory Molecule siRNA in Cerebral Infarction Rat Models.

CONCLUSIONS ICOS siRNA can protect brain tissues from ischemia injuries after cerebral infarction, improve limb movement and coordination, lower the mortality rate of rats, and inhibit T cell-induced cytokines.
