The antibiogram of pus cultures in federal tertiary care hospital, Islamabad and its utility in antimicrobial stewardship
CONCLUSION: The generation of a local antibiogram specific to the hospital setting is essential to effectively manage infections empirically and preserve the efficacy of existing antibiotics.
