Computed Tomography-Assessed Sarcopenia Predicts Mortality in Kidney Transplant Candidates

CONCLUSIONS: Sarcopenia was ~5 times more frequent in patients with end-stage renal disease than in healthy controls and was positively correlated with the prognostic nutritional index.
