Association of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thickness with Brain Microstructural Changes in Participants with White Matter Hyperintensities

CONCLUSIONS: We suggest neurodegeneration of peripapillary RNFL in older adults with WMH was associated with cerebral microstructural volume, impaired cerebral axonal damage, and cognitive performances.
