214 Rowell Syndrome as a Paraneoplastic Manifestation of Metastatic Mesothelioma
A 60-year-old male presented in 2021 with pulmonary metastatic epitheloid mesothelioma. Notable history included psoriasis and T4aN2bM0 sarcomatoid squamous-cell-carcinoma of the oral-cavity treated with palliative radiotherapy. Due to an extraordinary response to radiotherapy, Head and Neck Multidisciplinary-Team-Meeting re-review felt a lymphomatoid process more likely. For mesothelioma, he completed 4 cycles of palliative pemetrexed/ carboplatin chemotherapy with partial-response but then stopped due to bone-marrow toxicity.
