ConclusionsNetwork pharmacology analyses suggested that ERBB family members may be the targets of SchA. SchA can inhibit NSCLC at least in part by inhibiting EGFR phosphorylation, and activating the EGFR bypass can neutralize the cytotoxicity of SchA.
