A Review of the Risk Factors for Iron Deficiency Anaemia among Adolescents in Developing Countries

CONCLUSION: Food intake practices, female adolescents, menstruation, parasitic infection, and low educational status were the leading risk factors of iron deficiency anaemia among adolescents.
