Peduncular Hallucinosis in a Patient with Metastasic Lung Cancer - Case Report and Review of the Literature (P6.040)

CONCLUSIONS: PH presents in a stereotyped fashion and although it is an exclusion diagnosis it should be considered in a patient with visual hallucinations. Evidence for treatment is limited, however atypical antipsychotics have been reported useful in this condition, as in our case.
