Guillain-Barre Syndrome and Lambert Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome coexisting in a paraneoplastic neurologic syndrome? (P2.072)

CONCLUSIONS: We did not find other documented cases of GBS in the presence of SCCL or of LEMS and GBS coinciding. The presentation of the case is suspicious for a paraneoplastic neurologic syndrome supported by resolution of the symptoms with treatment of the tumor. SCCL may present with GBS and LEMS along with elevated titers for AGA and VCCC.Disclosure: Dr. Rodriguez Alvarez has nothing to disclose. Dr. Younan has nothing to disclose.
