Signs you see
A couple that are more true than they aren't from personal observation: 1. Positive ring sign: If a patient that is coming to see you has at least 1 ring on every finger, they're usually a little on the nutty side. Usually pleasant. Sometimes not. Typically a smoker and about 50% of the time is on some sort of benzo. Often times is accompanied with too much makeup and perfume. 2. Does anyone else smoke cigarettes?
As the title suggests, are there any other smokers out there in medical school? I am literally one of only three people at my school who smoke and have been ostracized by my fellow classmates and faculty many times since I started my first year. While I am by no means a chain smoker, I have smoked 3-4 cigarettes every day since I was 14.
