Conclusions Open repair of mycotic descending thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms remains the gold standard of therapy. Aggressive intraoperative debridement with in situ prosthetic reconstruction permits a high rate of success in this very high risk cohort of patients. Lifelong antibiotic suppression therapy may prevent late prosthetic graft infection.

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease: Study of clinical characteristics in an Indian population.
Abstract Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most common hereditary form of kidney disease. Clinical data on this multisystem disorder are scarce from developing countries. On-pump beating heart versus conventional coronary artery bypass grafting: comparative study on early and long-term clinical outcomes.
Conclusions: The OPB strategy may be as safe and effective as the conventional strategy during CABG among patients with similar risk profiles. Conclusion and Outlook In this review, we have discussed the possible contributions of the fast-afferent somatosensory pathway, the intracortical integrative component and the fast-efferent corticomotor pathway to alterations of SAI in PD. Conclusion In conclusion, our data demonstrate that mTBI causes late sensorial affective/cognitive deficiencies linked to altered neurotransmitter release at cortical level.
