Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on acute stroke care: An  analysis of the 24-month data from a comprehensive stroke center in Shanghai, China
CONCLUSIONS: During the 24 months of COVID-19, a prolongation of stroke onset to hospital arrival and to intravenous rt-PA administration times were noted. Meanwhile, acute stroke patients needed to stay in the ED for a longer time before hospitalization. Results From the Perceived Value of Certification Tool-12 Survey: Analysis of the Perceived Value of Certification Among Stroke and Neuroscience Nurses
CONCLUSION: The PVCT-12 incorporated a Likert-type scale to provide levels of agreement for intrinsic and extrinsic values among stroke certified registered nurses and certified neuroscience registered nurses. To complement these findings, further research using open-ended questions is needed to improve our understanding of participant responses regarding complex values such as “autonomy” and the “extent of being listened to.”

Factors that Influence Door-to-Needle Administration for Acute Stroke Patients in the Emergency Department
CONCLUSION: Although many factors can influence door-to-needle times in the ED, we did not find National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score on arrival and time of day to be significant factors. Patients arriving to the ED by personal vehicle will have a significant delay in IV alteplase administration, therefore emphasizing the importance of using emergency medical services. Influence of Combined Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation and Motor Training on Corticospinal Excitability in Children With Unilateral Cerebral Palsy
