Comparison of short-term clinical outcomes between low-dose prasugrel and clopidogrel as part of triple antithrombotic therapy in patients requiring oral anticoagulant therapy and percutaneous coronary intervention
ConclusionsCombination of low-dose prasugrel and DOAC was associated with lower incidence of MI, ischemic stroke, and blood transfusion. Low-dose prasugrel may be feasible as part of triple therapy in patients undergoing PCI.

Dilemma in approach to stroke in sickle cell disease patient: A case report
Conclusion: Recommendations need to be put in place regarding screening for PFO in patients with SCD, in addition to highlighting issues of whether screening needs to be done in patients who have not developed stroke, and if PFO were to be found, what would be the best management approach and how will prognosis be affected.

262 Limb-shaking linked to haemodynamic cerebrovascular disease
We present a case of a 61-year-old patient who developed transient but persistent right upper limb shaking and syncope on turning to the left. He suffered a recent NSTEMI causing severe left ventricular dysfunction and associated anaemia. His ictal EEG was unremarkable. Effect of tirofiban in treating patients with progressive ischemic stroke
