Parasylvian or Operculo-Insular Pain at the Onset of Stroke (P02.042)
CONCLUSIONS: As mentioned above, dysesthesia has been described in cases of parasylvian or operculo-insular infarcts during recovery from stroke, but we present a case where dysesthesia is the presenting symptoms itself.
