Electroacupuncture for patients with spasticity after stroke: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusion:
This systematic review will provide evidence to judge whether electroacupuncture is an effective and safety intervention for patients with spasticity after stroke.
Ethics and dissemination:
The protocol of the systematic review does not require ethical approval because it does not involve humans. We will publish this article in peer-reviewed journals and presented at relevant conferences.

Effects of autophagy inhibitor 3-Methyladenine on ischemic stroke: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis
Discussion:
This systematic review and meta-analysis of the autophagy inhibitor 3-MAs effects on animal models of ischemic stroke can help us to understand whether inhibiting autophagy brings protection or damage to IP neurons; in addition, it also helps to clarify the specific role of autophagy in cerebral infarction. Therefore, this study can provide evidence for the future development of therapy strategies targeting autophagy and bring more hope to patients with ischemic stroke.

Simultaneous cardio-cerebral infarction in the coronavirus disease pandemic era: A case series
Conclusion:
Early recognition and immediate treatment is important in different scenarios leading to thrombosis as the outcome. Additionally, addressing the unknown risks that could contribute to our traditional understanding of these causative mechanisms is important. The hypothesis of exacerbated damage caused by inflammatory and immunological endothelial systemic damage should further be explored to be able to delineate new possibilities in managing these conditions.
