Conclusion: Chemotherapy for lung cancer patients undergoing dialysis were associated with severe hematological toxicity.It is urgent task to establish optimal cancer chemotherapy and management of adverse events.

Oesophageal Doppler and calibrated pulse contour analysis are not interchangeable within a goal-directed haemodynamic algorithm in major gynaecological surgery
Conclusions Despite a similar precision, ODM and PCA were not interchangeable with regard to measuring SV changes within a goal-directed haemodynamic algorithm. A decrease in interchangeability coincided with increasing NE levels and greater changes of MAP to a fluid challenge.

We determined whether concurrent inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and 20-HETE affects colon tumor growth and ischemic stroke outcomes. Immunocompetent pml--an immunological scotoma?
We describe two cases of progressive multifocal leucoencephalopathy (PML) presenting as stroke in the immunocompetent. A 73-year-old man with a background of treated prostate carcinoma presented in October 2013 with a right hemiplegia; a diagnosis of lacunar infarction was made following CT. However, he progressed with increasing pyramidal weakness, ataxia, dysphasia and dysarthria. MRI in December revealed confluent T2 and FLAIR hyperintense white matter change with normal DWI. Exercise may cut breast cancer risk, study finds
ConclusionThis large study has shown that increased exercise is associated with a reduced risk of breast cancer for postmenopausal women. Strengths of the study include the large number of women and that self-reports of breast cancer were verified by a pathology report in 94% of cases.However, as the authors point out, a limitation of this study is that it was conducted on a group of teachers who were mainly of a healthy weight. A Case Series Of Non-Bacterial Thrombotic Endocarditis Associated With Gynecological Malignancies (P6.248)
Conclusions:NBTE is an important ischemic stroke mechanism. We have reported three cases where the underlying malignancy was gynecological (endometrial, ovarian, and cervical). In the first two cases, the malignancy was discovered during the investigations for the stroke mechanism, while the third had a known underlying malignancy. Impact of post operative intensity modulated radiotherapy on acute gastro-intestinal toxicity for patients with endometrial cancer: Results of the phase II RTCMIENDOMETRE French multicentre trial.
CONCLUSION: In accordance with our hypothesis, post-operative IMRT resulted in a low rate (less than 30%) of acute GI grade 2 toxicity, in patients with endometrial carcinomas. N-type calcium channel antibody-mediated paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis: A diagnostic challenge
Conclusion: This case highlights limbic encephalitis as an atypical presentation of neuroendocrine cancer. It also illustrates how treatment of the underlying cancer can reverse limbic encephalitis and Lambert–Eaton myasthenic syndrome in a neuroendocrine carcinoma patient even before the paraneoplastic panel becomes negative.

Prevalence of comorbidities in rheumatoid arthritis and evaluation of their monitoring: results of an international, cross-sectional study (COMORA)
Conclusions Among RA patients, there is a high prevalence of comorbidities and their risk factors. In this multinational sample, variability among countries was wide, not only in prevalence but also in compliance with recommendations for preventing and managing these comorbidities. Systematic measurement of vital signs and laboratory testing detects otherwise unrecognised comorbid conditions.
