ZEB1 causes the production of hsa-microRNA-99b/let-7e/microRNA-125a cluster and promotes invasion of liver cancer cells.
CONCLUSIONS: Hsa-microRNA-99b/let-7e/microRNA-125a cluster is highly-expressed in hepatocarcinoma, and its expression can be regulated by ZEB1. In addition, the overexpression of this cluster can promote the invasion of liver cancer cells and advance liver cancer progression. PMID: 30840268 [PubMed - in process]

MEG3 promotes liver cancer by activating PI3K/AKT pathway through regulating AP1G1.
CONCLUSIONS: Low expression of MEG3 could promote the proliferative and invasive abilities of hepatoma cells and accelerate cell cycle. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of AP1G1 expression and activation of PI3K/AKT pathway. PMID: 30840267 [PubMed - in process]

Influence of lncRNA MALAT1 on septic lung injury in mice through p38 MAPK/p65 NF- κB pathway.
CONCLUSIONS: The knockdown of lncRNA MALAT1 can significantly improve the septic lung injury in mice, whose mechanism may be related to its inhibition on the p38 MAPK/p65 NF-κB signaling pathway. PMID: 30779099 [PubMed - in process]

Cellular mechanism of T β4 intervention in liver fibrosis by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway.
CONCLUSIONS: Tβ4 significantly inhibited IL-1β-induced HSC-LX2 cell proliferation. The mechanism may involve decreased activation of the NF-κB pathway, decreased expression of p-IKB and nuclear translocation of p65. Therefore, Tβ4 had the effect of reversing liver fibrosis.
