CONCLUSIONS: Consistent with prior studies, Fib𝛾390-396A mice were significantly protected from increased adiposity, NAFLD, hypercholesterolemia and diabetes while Fib- and siFga-treated mice gained as much weight and developed obesity-associated pathologies identical to wildtype mice.
