CONCLUSIONS: A review of studies on this matter indicates that the studied adjunctive methods can be used safely in the treatment of AH, either separately or in combination with conventional medical treatment. However further clinical studies are needed on this topic.PMID:33711820

Concurrent use of herbal and prescribed medicine by patients in primary health care clinics, South Africa
CONCLUSION: Because of the lack of discussions and non-disclosure about HM in PHC clinics, patients are at risk of experiencing HDIs. Primary health care providers should regularly enquire about HM use on every patient, to identify and prevent HDIs. Management of viral oral ulcers in children using Chinese herbal medicine: A report of two cases.
CONCLUSIONS: The results of these case reports show that the early prescription of CHM is an effective modality of alternative treatment for viral oral ulcers. To our knowledge, this is the first report of CHM treatment hastening the recovery from febrile disease with viral oral ulcers in Taiwan. Prevalence and Correlates of Herbal Medicine Use among Women Seeking Care for Infertility in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
This study investigates the prevalence and factors associated with herbal medicine use among women seeking care for infertility. This was a questionnaire-based cross-sectional study conducted among women seeking care for infertility at various clinics within Freetown, Sierra Leone.
