Symptomatogenic acute cervical artery dissection following dental procedure – Case series
Cervical artery dissection (CAD) is an important cause of ischemic stroke which may occur following minor traumatic neck manipulations or hyperextension. This paper describes four cases of CAD secondary to dental procedures.Cases.four patients were admitted to the neurology department due to various neurological deficits, which developed subsequently to dental procedure. CT angiography demonstrated CAD in all patients. No predisposing background disease or other neck manipulations were found.

Intracranial and Extracranial Neurovascular Manifestations of Takayasu Arteritis (P6.255)

Traumatic bilateral dissection of cervical internal carotid artery in the wake of a car accident: A case report.
CONCLUSION: With early detection and proper management, traumatic dissection of cervical carotid artery can have a benign outcome. As for the current patient, medical treatment with anticoagulation was sufficient and surgical management was therefore not required. Cervical Posterior Spinal Artery Syndrome Caused By Spontaneous Vertebral Artery Dissection: Two Case Reports and Literature Review
Herein, we described 2 patients with posterior spinal artery syndrome (PSAS) caused by vertebral artery dissection. The patients complained of sudden neck pain or walking instability. Neurological examination revealed sensory loss, muscle weakness, and sensory ataxia. Angiography showed double lumen sign or intimal flap in the vertebral artery. T2-weighted imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging of MRI showed a hyperintense lesion in the dorsal side of the cervical spinal cord at different times after onset.

Isolated Cervical Pain Revealing a Common Carotid Artery Dissection in a Child Following a Minor Trauma: A First Pediatric Case Report and a Review of the Literature

Cervical Artery Dissection in Young Women: Risk of Recurrence During Subsequent Pregnancies
Conclusion In this study, there were no CAD recurrences during subsequent pregnancies or postpartum, irrespective of the type of delivery. Thus, pregnancy after a history of CAD appears to be safe.
