Development and external validation of a home-based risk predicTion modEl of natUral onseT of menopAuse -TEUTA
CONCLUSIONS: We present the first internally and externally validated prediction model of natural menopause onset using readily available predictors. Validation of our model to other populations is needed.PMID:38442740 | DOI:10.1210/clinem/dgae125 (Source: The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism)

Contralateral suppression in adrenal venous sampling predicts clinical and biochemical outcome in primary aldosteronism
CONCLUSION: A CS >50% was an independent predictor of complete clinical and biochemical cure. Moreover, it can predict unilateral PA and postoperative biochemical hypoaldosteronism. Our findings underscore the usefulness of CS for clinical decision-making.PMID:38442744 | DOI:10.1210/clinem/dgae142 (Source: The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism)

Dynamics of IGF signalling during the ovulatory peak in women undergoing ovarian stimulation
CONCLUSIONS: These data suggest that downregulation of IGF signalling mediated by increased STC1 expression is instrumental for the sudden cessation in GC proliferation and onset of differentiation during the ovulatory peak.PMID:38436415 | DOI:10.1210/clinem/dgae132 (Source: The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism)

Associations of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol with all-cause and cause-specific mortality in older adults in China
CONCLUSION: Considering the risk of all-causes mortality and cause-specific mortality, we recommended 100-159 mg/dL as the optimal range of LDL-C among older adults in China.PMID:38436437 | DOI:10.1210/clinem/dgae116 (Source: The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism)
