Radiocarpal Contact Pressures Are Not Altered after Scapholunate Ligament Tears
Conclusion Complete sectioning of the SLIL in isolation may not be sufficient to alter the contact pressures of the wrist. Clinical Relevance Injury to the secondary stabilizers of the SL joint, in addition to complete sectioning of the SLIL, may be needed to induce altered biomechanics and ultimately degenerative changes of the radiocarpal joint. Modified Graner's Technique with\without Vascularized Capitate Lengthening for Kienb öck Disease Stage IIIb—A Pilot Study
Conclusion The mid-term results of this technique may be satisfactory due to low incidence of degenerative arthritis in the radioscaphoid joint. However, longer follow-up with recruiting larger number of patients is needed. The Incidence of Accessory Ossicles of the Wrist: A Radiographic Study
Conclusions The results of this study showed that the most common accessory ossicles in the wrist were os triangulare and os ulnostyloideum, and the incidence of accessory bones increased with age. Clinical Relevance Since accessory ossicles of the wrist can be confused with fractures in trauma patients and are frequently ignored in patients presenting with pain, it is very important to know the incidence and distribution of these ossicles. Therefore, this study is important, in that it provides potentially guiding anatomical data for clinicians in terms of diagnosis and management. [...] Thieme Medical Publishers...

Minimally Invasive Pronator Quadratus Sparing Approach versus Extended Flexor Carpi Radialis Approach with Pronator Quadratus Repair for Volar Plating in Distal Radial Fractures
Conclusions MIPO volar plating with PQ sparing is a surgical technique that can be chosen according to surgeon's preference and expertise, resulting in a better flexion–extension mobility and function score according to our study. Level of evidence This is a Level 3 study. Arthroscopically Assisted Eaton –Littler Trapeziometacarpal Ligamentoplasty
Conclusions Arthroscopy to assist Eaton–Littler TMC ligamentoplasty is technically feasible, allowing a less invasive surgery. A larger prospective controlled study with a longer term outcome is mandatory to assess the real advantages of this modified procedure.
