Urticaria Pigmentosa Without Pruritus

One example of mastocytosis is urticaria pigmentosa, which presents with mastocytomas that can cause hives and, when irritated, pruritus. To our knowledge, we are describing the first case of urticaria pigmentosa without pruritus.
