Human Exosomes Harvested from Stem Cells in Urine Produce Rejuvenation in Mice
In this study, we further analyzed these data and found that a class of USC-EVs-enriched proteins have been previously shown to possess anti-aging function, such as tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1 (TIMP1), plasminogen activator urokinase (PLAU), insulin-like growth factor binding protein 5, senescence marker protein-30, and connective tissue growth factor.
