CONCLUSIONS: In this study, 48% of the total Global Burden of Disease regions had insufficient data reporting the prevalence or incidence of AA. Further studies are needed to provide epidemiological information on middle- and low-income countries. The objective of this population pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis was to characterize the concentration –time profile of brepocitinib plasma concentration after single- and multiple-oral administration in healthy volunteers (HVs) and patients with immuno-inflammatory diseases.
