Cardiovascular comorbidity by clinical phenotypes of obstructive sleep apnea and sleeping hours

Conclusion: The ESE group had more severe OSA. Those with ESE and ≤5h/d had more CVC. Those with ≤5h/d had more dyslipidemia, especially when ESE and insomnia were absent.
