The lncRNA TUG1 promotes cell growth and migration via the TUG1/miR-145-5p/TRPC6 pathway in colorectal cancer.

In conclusion, our study revealed a novel molecular mechanism of TUG1 in CRC progression and suggested the potential of the TUG1/miR-145-5p/TRPC6 pathway to serve as a target for the diagnosis and treatment of CRC.
