Are Oral Pain and Otalgia Predictive of Perineural Invasion in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Oral Tongue?

Tongue cancer is often associated with pain and perineural invasion. The purpose of this study was to determine the association between tongue pain and otalgia and the microscopic identification of perineural invasion in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.
